Rugby Challenge 3 All Blacks take top spot in New Zealand’s Top 10 game chart*

Following the national team’s 2015 World Cup example, Rubgy Challenge 3 All Blacks has likewise tackled all comers to take the number one spot in this week’s chart of the top selling games, leaving Ratchet & Clank and Dark Souls III to settle for second and third positions respectively.

IGEA (Interactive Games & Entertainment Association), the industry association representing the computer and video game industry, has just released the top 10 chart of the week ending April 24th.

“We saw the All Blacks rise to the top of the pile at last year’s Rugby World Cup, so it’s no surprise this game has done the same in the games charts.  New on the list this week is Ratchet & Clank and it’s great to see the latest edition in what is now a 14 year old series of games perform so well.  It is also a huge achievement for the game as it’s only available on Playstation 4.  We continue to see a variety of different genres of games within the To p10 game charts, which reflects that most New Zealanders play games” say Ron Curry, CEO of IGEA.
